Making A Purchase : Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling : For UK Mainland the carriage charge is £10 per consignment. Carriage paid orders £250 net. European & other overseas destination please contact us for shipping costs.
Delivery Schedule : We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in approximately 5 days. For goods which are not in stock please allow approximately 4 weeks. The company will not be liable for any claims arising as a result of delayed deliveries due to strikes, materials, shortages or any other circumstances beyond the company's control.

Shortages, Damage and Non-Delivery Shortages : damages and non-delivery must be reported by the customer in writing within 3 working days. All damaged goods and packaging must be retained by the customer for inspection. Please quote your order number in all correspondence

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders : If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges : V.A.T. for U.K. Purchases is at the current Rate of 20%

Guarantee : We guarantee your satisfaction. Any product found to be defective in material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase will be replaced free of charge by the company. Claims for faulty gods must be made in writing to the company and al faulty goods be made available for return to the company premises for inspection. Should the company decide to accept liability for defective product; the company will agree to pay reasonable carriage costs. The company will not accept responsibility for any product claim where upon after inspection of returned goods, the company decides that wrongful installation of product is apparent.

Goods Ordered In Error : Any goods to be returned will only be received by the company after receipt of their prior agreement to such a request. After such agreement, goods will be credited subject to their original condition. The company reserves the right to make a charge for handling and re-stocking, to be deducted from all or any refunds to the customer.

Cancellations : Al requested cancellations must be received by the company in writing. The customer shall indemnify the company for all costs incurred due to suspension or cancellation of order.

Risk : All goods supplied by the company shall be at the customers risk immediately upon delivery to the customer or into custody on the customers behalf, irrespective of whether title to the goods has passed or not.

Prices : All orders are accepted at the prices ruling at the time of despatch. All prices stated in GB Pounds.

Payment : All initial orders for new customers will be accepted on pro-forma payment terms only. Subsequent orders from Trade Customers may be accepted on account terms at 30 days month end, subject to satisfactory credit references.


Title Of Goods : Title of any goods supplied will remain with ARKAIRE LTD. until such time that the customer pays to the company all outstanding amounts owing for those goods and any other charges owing to or claimed by the company.
